Deleting your Acima mobile app account will not affect any current lease agreements and obligations.
By deleting your Acima mobile app account, you'll no longer be able to access and manage active lease through the mobile app or Acima.com customer portal. You can still obtain lease information and arrange payments by calling (801) 297-1982
By deleting your Acima mobile app account you understand the following:
My login credentials for the Acima mobile app and Acima.com customer portal will be removed and I'll no longer be able to manage active leases through these methods.
Information pertaining to any lease agreement will be retained by Acima Digital, LLC in accordance with the signed lease agreement and applicable law.
After I submit my request, Acima will disable my mobile app account, log the request and complete it within 10 days.
