Absolutely! Your credit score may be received as part of our consumer report review. However, our lease application process uses additional information as consideration. All you need to apply is: 

  1. An active checking account with at least $750 of income per month 
  2. 3 months of income history with your current source of income 
  3. A government-issued photo ID and SSN or taxpayer identification number 

Can I shop online and still use Acima Leasing?  

Yes! Whether online or in-store and with approved retail partners, Acima Leasing has you covered. 

What happens if I can no longer make lease payments?  

Understandably, things happen, and circumstances change. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll work with you to find the best option.  

There are other scenarios as well that our team can help you with:  

  • Your item arrives damaged  
  • Your item is lost or stolen  
  • The item you receive is wrong  

What are the early purchase options available? 

You can purchase the merchandise at any time after you receive it. Acima offers a 90 day (three months in California) early purchase option. After the 90 days (3 months in California), you can purchase the merchandise by paying a lump sum percentage amount of the remaining total lease amount at that time, helping you take ownership sooner.  

It’s important to note that our early purchase options are not automatically assigned to your lease. If you’re interested, contact our customer support team to help determine your best option. If you no longer want the merchandise and want to cancel your lease, you can return it in good condition at any time without penalty.

Is there a minimum amount required for leasing?  

The minimum amount for an item being eligible for lease is $300. 

What items are not eligible for leasing?  

Items meant to be permanently attached to a home or vehicle, services, high-risk items, firearms, weapons, ammunition, clothing, consumables and gift cards are not eligible for leasing. 

How do I make lease renewal payments?  

Yes, most lease renewal payments can be automated using: 

  • ACH and processed directly from your bank account 
  • Credit, debit, or prepaid card or make payments
