What is the difference between Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™?
Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® is a physical plastic card and can used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Acima Private Credit™ is a virtual credit line that can be used at partnering Acima retail locations. Acima Private Credit™ is not a physical card.
Who issues the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and Acima Private Credit™?
The Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and Acima Private Credit™ are issued by The Bank of Missouri, based in Perryville, MO and serviced by Concora Credit, based in Beaverton, OR.
Who can apply for the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™?
Anyone who is interested in establishing or rebuilding their credit can apply for the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™. To be approved, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, have a valid social security number, physical address, and a US IP address.
Not have had an Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® Account that charged off due to delinquency.
Meet additional credit qualification criteria, including a review of your income and your debt, and identity verification requirements.
What if I have limited credit/bad credit/no credit?

How can this card help me build a good payment record?
By using your card or credit line and making regular on-time monthly payments, you can demonstrate the kind of financial responsibility that many lenders look for when evaluating your creditworthiness. Your payment history with the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™ is reported to all three major credit bureaus, and using these tools and making on-time payments can help you build a good payment record.
Tip: Simply having a credit card or credit line is not enough, you need to use it and make regular, on-time payments.
Will I definitely be approved?
Although the credit criteria are designed to help many people who are credit challenged, there is no guarantee of your approval. Your application is reviewed closely to determine whether you meet the qualifications for the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™.
When will I receive my Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard®?
Upon approval, a physical card will be sent through the mail. In most cases, your new card will arrive within 14 business days of being approved. If you do not receive your card within 21 days after being approved, please contact the Lost/Stolen Department immediately at 1-800-314-6340.
Can I open more than one account?
You may open one Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® account and one Acima Private Credit™ Account. You may not have more than one of each type of credit account open at any given time.
What are the Mastercard® Benefits?
The Mastercard® Benefits are an additional benefit of the Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® included at no additional charge. These benefits include:
Mastercard ID Theft Protection™
Zero Liability protection - When you use your Mastercard®, have peace of mind knowing that you are not held responsible for unauthorized transactions.
If your card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-304-3096 right away. If your card is lost or stolen and used without your permission, you may not be responsible for those charges.

How can I manage my Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard® and/or Acima Private Credit™ account?
Acima Classic Credit™ Mastercard®: Once you are approved and received your new credit card, you can create a login and password at our secure site, https://acimacard.myfinanceservice.com/ , and securely make payments, setup AutoPay, and more online.
